Our apartment house is situated in the countryside, surrounded by the
impressing Stubaier mountains, and just a couple of minutes from the centre of Neustift

We offer our guests three cosy and spacious apartments which are all fully-equipped. Our house is connected to a beautiful garden which invites you and your beloved family to relax. Due to the fact that our house is not directly located at the street, it is also an ideal place for our little ones. Furthermore, we offer a room for your skis with a drier for your skiing boots. Enough free parking spaces are also available!

The next bus stop can be found directly above our house which makes it easy for you, to use the free skiing bus in both directions (Stubaier glacier/Elfer Lifte, Schlick 2000).The next cross-country slope is about 100 m from our house, nice footpathes and toboggan runs are very close as well.The next supermarket as well as restaurants can found in Milders (about 200 m). Doctors, a farmacy and all kinds of restaurants and shops are located in Neustift (about 2 km).
