We offer our guests three cosy and spacious apartments which are all fully-equipped. Our house is connected to a beautiful garden which invites you and your beloved family to relax. Due to the fact that our house is not directly located at the street, it is also an ideal place for our little ones. Furthermore, we offer a ski room with a drier for your skiing boots as well as free wifi. Enough free parking spaces are also available!

Our apartment house is situated in the countryside, surrounded by the impressing Stubaier mountains, and just a couple of minutes from the centre of Neustift. The next bus stop is directly above our house!
A winter landscape covered deep in snow, sun, sparkling powder snow and the Stubai Mountains. Winter holiday in the Stubai Valley.
Skiing is far from the only activity by which one can indulge their love and passion for snow. Away from the slopes, the splendour of winter in all of its many facets is revealed: sometimes contemplative and reserved, sometimes wildly romantic and charming, sometimes fresh and completely untouched, or even demanding and captivating.
