The next bus stop can be directly found above our house which makes it easy for you, to use the free skiing bus in both directions (Stubaier glacier/Elfer Lifte, Schlick 2000).The next cross-country slope is about 100 m from our house, nice footpathes and toboggan runs are very close as well.The next supermarket as well as restaurants can be found in Milders (about 200 m). Doctors, a farmacy and all kinds of restaurants and shops are located in Neustift (about 2 km).
